Bathkart Return & Replacement Policy

At Bathkart, we take great care to ensure that every product is thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, defect-free products to all our customers.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We offer returns or replacements only for defective or damaged products under the following conditions:

  • The item received is physically damaged or manufacturing defective.
  • The customer reports the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A complete unboxing video (from package opening to product inspection) is provided as proof.
  • Note: Without the unboxing video, we cannot process return or replacement requests.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse after delivery.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
  • Claims of missing products without unboxing video evidence.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

3. Process for Requesting a Return or Replacement

  • Contact our support team at support@bathkart.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Attach the unboxing video and clear images showing the defect or damage.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

We only offer refunds, except in cases where a replacement is not available for a verified defective product. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


5. Important Notes

  • All products are carefully inspected before shipping.
  • Bathkart reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on the evidence provided.
  • Our policies are in line with consumer protection guidelines to ensure fairness for both parties.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. 
    • Cancellations cannot be provided if the product is "No Longer Needed" for whatever reason by the Customer.
    • If the Product does not fit the Customers space of use. It will be the customers responsibility to study the sizes/dimensions of the Product mentioned on the website before placing the Order. No return requests will be entertained for size/fit issues.
    • If the Product information is wrongly read by the Customer, or not understood by the customer, It will be the customers responsibility to read and understand the specifications/details of the Product or contact us before ordering if from Bathkart.
    • If the product is not delivered or not accepted by the customers at the time of delivery, for whatever reason; we will reship the product at customer's cost but cancellation cannot be provided for the same.
    • If the customer changes their order for any particular reason and is confirmed by them, then it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, purchase of products, or services provided by Bathkart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
